Whether the building work falls under permitted development, full planning or a listed building consent, we can steer your project through the process. We provide full documentation and drawing packages, and submit the application to your local authority on your behalf. 

Even if planning permission isn't required, a lot of work will still require Building Regulations Approval by law. These cover aspects such as thermal performance, ventilation and drainage. We produce a detailed package of drawings, liaising with essential consultants to gain approval.

 For tender purposes, we can supply you with a more detailed package. A higher level of detail generally gives a higher level of cost certainty. For those trickier or more critical architectural junctions, we produce large scale drawings to help ensure things are built as they should be.
