Whether the building work falls under permitted development, full planning or a listed building consent, we can steer your project through the process. We provide full documentation and drawing packages, and submit the application to your local authority on your behalf. 

For 'notifiable' projects, we produce a detailed drawing package to obtain building regulations approval, a requirement by law. These deal with aspects of the build such as thermal performance, ventilation and drainage. We liaise with essential consultants to ensure a complete design.

 For tender purposes, we can supply you with a more detailed package. A higher level of detail generally gives a higher level of cost certainty. For those trickier or more critical architectural junctions, we produce large scale drawings to help ensure things are built as they should be.
